Jack Schuett

Jack Schuett is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Signet Jewelers since July 2021, Jack oversees multiple functions including finance and marketing for the Jared brand. Prior experience includes several vice president roles at Synchrony from January 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities spanned learning leadership and HR operations. Jack also held the position of HR Business Partner at Johnson & Johnson and worked in career services at Michigan State University. Starting their career at YMCA of the USA, Jack advanced through multiple leadership roles. Jack holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Central Michigan University.
