Michael Quirk

Michael Quirk has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate and construction industries. Michael is currently the Director of Acquisitions & Business Development at Signet Real Estate Group since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Partner at AR Shah LLC Senior Living since May 2020. From April 2015 to April 2020, they held the position of Director of Business Development at Pepper Construction Group. Michael also served as a Plan Commissioner at the Village of Downers Grove, Illinois from 2006 to 2019. Michael has previous experience with Mortenson Construction, where they worked as a Business Development Manager from March 2012 to April 2014, and as a Superintendent from February 2006 to May 2012. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Harbour Contractors, Inc. from 2000 to 2006.

Michael Quirk earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Purdue University in 1999. Michael then pursued an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2003 to 2005.
