Nisha Ramachandran

Nisha Ramachandran is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as General Counsel at Signifyd since September 2021. Prior to this role, Nisha held positions at Google as Associate General Counsel for Fitbit and at Fitbit itself as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel. Nisha's earlier experience includes working as Corporate Counsel at Sunrun and as an associate at prestigious law firms Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Ropes & Gray LLP. Nisha began a career in journalism as a reporter for U.S. News & World Report. Nisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Cognitive Science, as well as a Master of Public Policy, all from the University of California, Berkeley, and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
