Heba Sayed has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Heba started their career at Silah Gulf in 2010 as an Operation Team Leader, where they managed the day-to-day activities of the team and motivated them to achieve organizational goals. Heba then moved on to become a Corporate Trainer, leading and motivating a team of employees at Silah Gulf. During their tenure, they provided ongoing formal and informal interactions to achieve team and individual performance metrics, delivered facilitative coaching to ensure high levels of performance, and generated revenue through cross-selling and upselling. In 2014, Heba took on the role of Assistant Training Manager, where they contributed to the recruitment and selection of employees, planned and taught courses, and conducted training programs for various employees. Heba then served as a Training Manager, collaborating with Silah training centre and talent development program advisors, and developing and implementing employee satisfaction strategies. Their most recent role at Silah Gulf was as a Senior Manager Training Development. In this role, they developed talent management systems, supported comprehensive development and mentorship programs, and developed e-learning strategies. Prior to their time at Silah Gulf, Heba worked at Showtime Networks Inc. as a Corporate Trainer, educating corporate employees, developing and leading training programs, and finding ways to engage workers and make training programs more entertaining. Overall, Heba has demonstrated their expertise in training and development, talent management, and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.
Heba Sayed completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Cairo University, from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management at Arab Open University Bahrain, from 2011 to 2014.
