Hedvig Kjellström

Hedvig Kjellström has a diverse work experience with several notable positions. Hedvig is currently working as a Guest Professor at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal AI Scientist at Silo AI starting from May 2021. Hedvig also worked as the Lead AI Scientist at Silo AI from October 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Silo AI, Hedvig Kjellström was associated with KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Hedvig served as a Professor from March 2016 to the present. Previously, they held the position of Associate Professor at KTH from October 2009 to February 2016. Hedvig started their career at KTH as a Researcher in January 2007 and continued until September 2009.

Hedvig Kjellström's earlier experience includes working as a Researcher at FOI from January 2002 to December 2006.

Hedvig Kjellström completed their education at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. From 1992 to 1997, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering Physics (Teknisk Fysik). Subsequently, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science, specializing in Computer Vision.
