Konstantin Klitenik

Konstantin Klitenik has extensive work experience in the engineering and technology industry. Konstantin currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Silvertree since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at SimpliSafe from February 2020 to April 2021. Klitenik was also the Co-Founder and CTO of ODYN, a supply chain optimization platform, from January 2017 to February 2020. In this role, they led the development of the platform, managed customer relationships, and handled day-to-day company operations. Before ODYN, they worked as the R&D Lead at ByteLight, where they focused on researching and developing new technologies in connected lighting from April 2014 to January 2017. Klitenik's career also includes experience as the Lead Embedded Software Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems from June 2013 to April 2014, and as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Raytheon from July 2006 to June 2013. In these roles, they led software development and integration projects for aircraft surveillance systems and precision imaging radar.

Konstantin Klitenik completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Rochester, spanning from 2001 to 2005. Konstantin then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in the same field at Cornell University from 2005 to 2006.
