Aaron Lopez

Aaron Lopez has a diverse work experience. Aaron is currently working at Simera as a Senior Talent Advisor and Tech Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Simera. Before joining Simera, Aaron worked at RocketPower as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting and solving talent challenges for rapidly scaling companies. Aaron also had experience at Concentrix, where they held roles such as Team Lead, Subject Matter Expert, and Customer Service Representative. In these roles, they managed teams, drove performance with KPIs, implemented process improvements, and provided feedback and analytical solutions to improve customer service.

Aaron Lopez graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in 2018 with a degree in Computer Engineering. In 2022, they enrolled in the Zero To Mastery Academy to further pursue their studies in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Aaron also obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in January 2021, a Leadership Qualification from Concentrix in October 2019, and a Certified Coach certification from Concentrix in November 2018.
