Lucy Tong

Lucy Tong has a strong background in finance and corporate development. Lucy most recently worked at Simple Mills as the Senior Director of Finance, a position they held since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance at Simple Mills from January 2019 to January 2021. Before joining Simple Mills, Lucy was the Corporate Development Manager at Glanbia from May 2016 to January 2019. Lucy also gained experience at General Mills, where they worked as a Financial Analyst II in Mergers & Acquisitions from July 2014 to April 2016, and as a Financial Analyst I in International Supply Chain from October 2012 to July 2014. Lucy began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild from June 2011 to August 2012.

Lucy Tong has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Lucy also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
