Chantal Winter

Chantal Winter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, organizational development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member for SIREAS and Estate des Etangs Noirs, and as a Business Mentor for DUO for a JOB, Chantal also assists immigrants at SINGA and coaches entrepreneurs at microStart. Previously, Chantal held various senior roles at the European Central Bank, including Adviser for Human Resources and Head of Performance Management. With ample experience in policy development, coaching, and management training, Chantal's academic achievements include a Master's in Economics from Université libre de Bruxelles and several certifications in governance, career counseling, and coaching.
