Formerly, Francisco held various roles at Teleperformance from February 2004 to February 2019, including Sr. Technology Manager for Canada, Senior Network Engineer, Infrastructure Consultant, Engineering & Infrastructure, IT Security Manager, and Sr. System/Telephone Administrator.
