Cem Ayten has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and hospitality industries. Cem started their career as a Duty Manager at W Hotels, where they successfully piloted the SPG Keyless initiative. Cem later served as an Income Auditor and Operations Analyst at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they gained expertise in revenue management and financial analysis. Cem then joined Aura Group as a Finance Manager, eventually taking on the role of Senior Finance Manager and Acting CFO. During their time at Aura Group, they led company restructuring and implemented debt management strategies. Cem also worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Assets Group, where they set up the Hotels & Resorts division and managed multiple projects under various Hilton Worldwide brands. Cem'smost recent role was at Sircle Collection, where they served as the Regional Director of Finance, overseeing operations finance for the Netherlands region and leading a team of 20.

Cem Ayten holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Cem also has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Boğaziçi University. In addition, Cem has obtained a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University. Cem is currently pursuing the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
