Stewart Yaxley

Stewart Yaxley has a diverse work experience in the field of IT operations and customer service. Stewart is currently serving as the Global Director of IS Operations at SITA since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at SITA as a Senior Customer Success Manager from July 2018 to October 2021 and as the Manager of Customer Service - Corporate IT Infrastructure (Americas) from June 2014 to June 2018.

Before joining SITA, Stewart worked at McKesson Canada as a Messaging & Collaboration specialist from March 2009 to June 2014. Stewart was responsible for managing the messaging infrastructure of a large organization.

Stewart also has experience working at SITA as a Support Services Architect from September 2008 to March 2009 and as a Groupware Administrator from April 2007 to September 2008. These roles involved providing support for a 5,000-user environment and managing various IT infrastructures.

Prior to their time at SITA, Stewart worked at CGI as a Senior Consultant (HR) from February 2005 to March 2007 and as a Consultant from September 2001 to February 2005. Their responsibilities included managing teams, performing evaluations, and acting as a subject matter expert in messaging and collaboration solutions.

Stewart's early career includes roles at Florida Crystals as a Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator from March 2000 to May 2001 and at Productivity Point International as a Certified Lotus Instructor from May 1998 to March 2000.

Stewart Yaxley attended Lower Canada College until 1992. Stewart then went on to Dawson College, where they completed a degree in Commerce in 1994. Finally, they attended Concordia University from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
