Steve Greco

Steve Greco is currently the VP of Engineering at Sitetracker. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Leadership Program Associate at BD from June 2014 to February 2016. In their role at BD, Steve deployed and administered a sandbox Cloudera Hadoop Cluster as a proof of concept, performed ETL to and from Hadoop (HDFS) from multiple data sources including flat files, Oracle, and MySQL, utilized Apache Spark to perform data processing of customer demand, Center for Disease Control flu diagnosis recording, and public weather data and subsequently displayed via Tableau, and developed a mobile application using the Titanium mobile application development platform. Steve also was responsible for IT Performance Measurement, where they determined requirements for IT Dashboards monitoring Corporate IT operations, projects, and effectiveness; leveraged PowerBI services to design, develop, and deploy dashboards for IT Leadership; collaborated with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams to troubleshoot tool issues and identify necessary network changes; and presented and demonstrated Dashboards to global IT organization in a via quarterly town hall meeting. Additionally, Steve increased the efficiency and effectiveness of their team by creating automated scorecards using SQL Server Report Services to monitor all testing and defect management activities, facilitated Defect Management calls to identify risks and receive status updates, and trained 300+ business users on UAT, process, and HP Quality Center for test case creation/execution.

Steve Greco has a B.S. in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they had a field of 3.75. Steve also acquired credits to their Computer Science degree from Bergen Community College, with a field of 3.85. Steve Greco graduated from Hasbrouck Heights High School with a High School Diploma in the General Curriculum.
