Kristen Friesen

Kristen Friesen, SPHR, CPSP, currently serves as VP of Global Compensation at SitusAMC since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®, where Kristen held positions from Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards to Compensation Manager, overseeing comprehensive compensation and benefits functions. Previous experience includes roles at Pacific Union Financial, LLC, Goldman Sachs, and Archon Group, with a focus on compensation analysis, program design, and global reporting. Kristen's early career began in human resources at The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel and Heritage Bank. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
