The Skedda Flex product lives under the larger Skedda brand and serves sports venues, tennis courts, community centers, and studios. Originating from Skedda's founding vision, Flex continues to innovate in empowering these spaces with efficient, user-friendly booking solutions.

Role overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help lead the marketing efforts for our Skedda Flex product. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and define a brand from the ground up.

This key role will be responsible for managing the development of our web platform, implementing brand strategies, and ensuring a cohesive digital experience that resonates with our target market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing Flex's online identity while aligning with Skedda's overall brand guidelines.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of web development projects for Flex
  • Implement and maintain brand guidelines across Flex's digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with Skedda's overall brand strategy
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Flex's web platform, focusing on user experience, performance, and SEO
  • Analyze web metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement of Flex's digital presence
  • Contribute to the development of Flex's digital marketing strategies, particularly in areas related to web presence and brand positioning
  • Ensure that Flex's web platform meets the specific needs of sports facilities, studios, and community centers, differentiating it from Skedda's Workplace offerings
  • Stay current with web development trends and emerging technologies relevant to the recreational facility management sector

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in web development and/or brand management 
  • Experience with Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS; Proficient in JavaScript
  • Proven track record in managing web development projects and implementing brand strategies
  • Experience with content management systems (Webflow a significant plus)
  • Strong skill in graphic design & UX/UI design principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Google, Heap.io) 
  • Strong communication skills
