Olga Guk

Olga Guk began their work experience in 2005 at Schlumberger, where they held multiple roles including HR Processes and Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, and Transactions Admin. Their responsibilities at Schlumberger included supporting HR systems use, developing and implementing online Merit systems, training HR teams on systems and processes, and testing new functionality of SAP HR. In 2016, Olga joined Salym Petroleum Development as a SubSurface Data Specialist, where they provided administrative support for the Geology group, generated monthly and weekly highlights, and coordinated and supported the MFA program. Olga then worked as an HR Manager at Volga Gas PLC from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR Admin group at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology.

Olga Guk completed their education at the Higher School of Economics in 2020, where they earned a degree in HR Business Partner. Prior to this, they attended the Ural State Law Academy from 1998 to 2003, though the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
