Piotr Lisik

Piotr Lisik is a Senior Researcher at Skretting since July 2018, focusing on the development of new methodologies for assessing fish health. Prior experience includes serving as Teaching and Research Staff at the University of Stavanger, where the integration of Virtual Reality into the teaching of protein biochemistry and molecular biology was explored. Additionally, Piotr worked as a Researcher at Njorth Bio_ AS, concentrating on next-generation fish feed production and the commercialization of biology-based ideas. As a Doctoral Student at Universiteit i Stavanger from September 2013 to November 2016, research involved the localization and characterization of stress-inducible proteins, complemented by skills in laboratory work, data analysis, and public presentations. Piotr holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Stavanger, a Master of Science from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, and a Bachelor of Science from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, along with an internship in mass spectrometry at the University of Potsdam.
