Christian Powell

Christian Powell has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as a Team Leader at Sky. In this role, Christian leads and inspires a team of field-based engineers, facilitates team meetings, provides on-site coaching and development, and handles escalated issues and formal meetings related to performance and customer service. Christian is also involved in various projects within Sky, including the Apprenticeship and Wihs scheme, as well as the inclusion and diversity team. Additionally, Christian has experience as an engineer at Sky, Mark Group Insulation, and Domestic & General Insulation Ltd. Through Christian's dedication and commitment, they were awarded Engineer of the Year in 2018.
