Chris Hladik has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Chris is currently employed at Skydweller Aero as a Systems Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Boeing for six years as a Systems Engineer and later as the Mission Systems Performance Analysis Lead. At Boeing, they were responsible for system requirements review and analysis, algorithm development, simulation model verification, flight test data analysis, and system performance analysis. Before joining Boeing, Chris worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation for eighteen years, where they held various roles, including Electronic Warfare Analyst and Lead, Lead Systems Engineer, and Systems Engineer. In these roles, they provided support and leadership in areas such as reprogramming, mission data analysis, system engineering, and requirements development. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated their expertise in systems engineering, analysis, and leadership.
Chris Hladik attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Physics.
