Juan Manuel Luzuriaga Iglesias has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Juan Manuel started their career in 1999 at Feas Electronica, where they were involved in the design and development of embedded systems. Juan Manuel then worked at Controles Automáticos para la Industria from 2005 to 2010, where they were responsible for the design and development of real-time software for a CNC Modular system.

In 2010, Luzuriaga Iglesias joined Allevard Rejna Autosuspensions as a Supervisor in Maintenance.
