Giuseppa Grasso

Scientist I at Skyhawk Therapeutics

Giuseppa Grasso began their career in 2014 as a Visiting Student at the National Institute of Molecular Genetics. Giuseppa then held a Visiting Student role at the Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine IGMM in 2016. Giuseppa was also a Biology Assistant at the CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique in 2017. During the same year, they began their PhD student role at Universit\u00e9 de Montpellier, where they focused on RNA-binding proteins involved in miRNA biogenesis and RISC-mediated silencing. Most recently, in 2023, Giuseppa Grasso began their role as Scientist I at Skyhawk Therapeutics.

Giuseppa Grasso obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotecnologie Mediche from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2014. Giuseppa then went on to earn a Master's degree in Biotecnologie Industriali from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Montpellier, which they expect to complete in 2021.
