Deborah Rivera

Deborah Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Deborah currently serves as a Lead UX Designer at SkyKick, where they lead the design of a new cloud product and collaborates with a cross-functional team. Prior to that, they worked as an Experience Design Lead at Drift, where they focused on customer acquisition strategies and led marketing and content strategy. Deborah also served as a UX Design Lead at TACTILE, driving ideation, meeting with clients, and executing designs for Amazon's cloud platform products. Deborah has also worked at Getty Images, SILK (a division of iSoftStone), iSoftStone, MSN Entertainment, Smashing Ideas, Deloitte & Touche, and RAND in various roles such as Principal UX Designer, Associate Experience Director, and Administrative Assistant. Deborah'sresponsibilities included UX strategy, design execution, leadership, project management, and content strategy. Deborah has a strong background in user experience design, with expertise in strategy, interaction design, visual design, and ideation.

Deborah Rivera earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in New Media from the Academy of Art University from 2001 to 2004. Deborah also obtained a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) degree in 2011 from Human Factors International. Deborah briefly pursued Scenario Focused Engineering at Microsoft in 2012. It should be noted that their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology from California State University, Northridge does not have specified start and end years.
