Kyung-Wan Yu

Kyung-Wan Yu is a Senior Engineering Manager at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., with experience in IC design management since October 2004. Expertise includes transistor level RFIC circuit design across various technologies such as InGap HBT, BiCMOS, CMOS, and pHEMT, focusing on high-efficiency Doherty power amplifiers and highly linear amplifier designs for applications including small cell and MIMO systems, as well as satellite communication. Prior to this role, Kyung-Wan Yu worked as a Senior Design Engineer at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute from February 1993 to August 2000, developing MMICs for Ka-Band satellites. Kyung-Wan Yu earned a Ph.D. in High Frequency CMOS Circuits from UCLA between 2000 and 2004.
