Brad Merrell

Brad Merrell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Brad is currently working at Slalom Build as the Director of Software Engineering since 2017. Prior to this, they held the positions of Solution Principal and Solution Architect at the same company. Before joining Slalom Build, Brad served on the Board of Directors at Safe Harbor Enterprises, LLC. Brad has also worked at companies like Slalom Consulting, Experis, BP, Wijix, Apache Corporation, BT, GC Services, and NuSoft Solutions, where they held roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, Co-Founder, and Application Architect/Senior Consultant. Brad is experienced in areas like custom integration, data migration, business intelligence, collaboration, and software development using Microsoft technologies.

Brad Merrell attended Sam Houston State University from 1990 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Business. Brad continued their education at the same university from 1996 to 1998, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science and Business. In addition to their academic background, Brad also obtained certifications such as AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in 2018 and MTA: Software Development Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2014.
