Laura Daniela Devia Varón

Laura Daniela Devia Varón has a diverse range of work experience. Beginning in 2019, they worked as a Practicante at Libertat and later as a Diseñadora e ilustradora at Lienna. In 2017, they served as Coordinadora de proyectos and later Co Directora at Uniandes Women In Business. At this organization, they contributed to the support and promotion of female entrepreneurship through various initiatives, including opening a fair and a blog. In 2020, Laura became a Monitora at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia, where they assisted professors and provided guidance and support to students. Laura Daniela held roles as Monitora del curso Taller de Autoconocimiento and Monitora del curso Ser Humano como Emprendedor. Finally, Laura's most recent work experience is with Slang, where they have held various roles. Laura Daniela started as a Customer Success Intern, then became a User Success Consultant, and eventually a Senior User Success Consultant. In their role at Slang, they were responsible for leading the User Success Team in Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil, ensuring adoption and engagement of new accounts, providing insight and advice, and leading the onboarding process.

Laura Daniela Devia Varón completed their education at the Universidad de Los Andes from 2016 to 2022, where they obtained a degree in Design and another degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in growth, strategic management of innovation, successful negotiation, design-led strategy, and graphic design from reputable institutions such as Growth Rockstar, HEC Paris, the University of Michigan, the University of Sydney, and the University of Colorado.
