Kai Skallerud

Kai Skallerud has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Student Athlete for Wash U Men's Tennis at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2014, they became a Research Assistant at the same university. In 2016, they began working as a Research Assistant at the UCSF Emotion, Health, and Psychophysiology Laboratory. In 2017, they became a Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica. In 2018, they began working as a Research Assistant at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. In 2021, they became both the Founder and CEO of Contrast, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Sling Health. Finally, in 2022, they became an Investment Analyst at Villhard Growth Partners.

Kai Skallerud attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences and Biology. From 2018 to 2023, they are expected to complete their Doctor of Medicine degree at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center. During 2021 and 2022, they will also pursue a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
