Justin Ramos-Doty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin began their career in the military as a Health Care Specialist/Combat Medic, serving in Iraq and receiving several accolades and unit awards. After their military service, Justin transitioned to the IT field, starting as an IT Support Specialist at YTI Career Institute, where they supported a multi-campus network and maintained virtual server instances. Justin then joined Business Information Group, Inc. as a Network Operations Center Technician, where they detected and resolved infrastructure alerts and provided technical network support. Justin later worked at A&S Kinard as a System Administrator, where they administered Microsoft servers and maintained a Citrix environment. Justin then joined Global Data Consultants, LLC as a Level 4 Server/Network Administrator, reengineering client systems, optimizing performance, and acting as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting. Justin's next role was at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc., where they served as a Field Engineer, Field Engineering Team Lead, and eventually Mid-Atlantic Regional Operations Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in field engineering, team leadership, and regional operations management. Currently, Justin is working for Slipstream IT as a Customer Success Manager. With a strong background in IT and leadership roles, they are well-equipped to ensure customer success in their current role.

Justin Ramos-Doty, CSM, CSSBB-IT (He/Him) has a strong educational background in both environmental science and computer systems specialist. Justin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from American Military University, where they studied from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Specialized Business: Computer Systems Specialist from YTI Career Institute, during the period of 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has also acquired several certifications related to their field. Justin holds a Six Sigma Black Belt in Information Technology from Aveta Business Institute, which they obtained in March 2022. Furthermore, they have earned certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma White Belt, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, all in Information Technology, from the same institution in the same year.

Justin also holds the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they achieved in April 2021. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and proficiency in various areas, particularly in information technology and project management.
