Rachard Dennis

Rachard Dennis has extensive experience in the fast-food industry, starting their career at Target as an Executive Team Leader of Operations from 2002 to 2010. Rachard then worked at Taco Bell as an Operations Manager from 2010 to 2011. Rachard joined Subway in 2011 and held various roles, including Franchise Business Consultant, Senior Franchise Business Consultant, Territory Manager, Senior Manager of North America Operations, Director of Restaurant Operations for North America, and Senior Director of Restaurant Operations and Global Operational Performance. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. as a Senior Director of International Operations. In 2023, they became the Vice President of Operations at Smalls Sliders, a fast-growing QSR brand.

Rachard Dennis attended the University of Southern Indiana from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Advertisement.
