Luis Ogando

Luis Ogando is an experienced Senior Incident Manager with a robust background in incident management across various organizations. Currently employed at Smart DCC since March 2019, Luis has previously held roles as a Major Incident Manager at SCC and a Senior Incident Manager at Microlise and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where duties included driving incident resolution and aligning processes with the ITIL framework. Luis’s career also includes significant experience overseeing critical incidents at E.ON IT and leadership roles at Freeserve Internet, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical support teams and providing performance reports to senior management. Luis holds a BTEC National Diploma in Electronics and Microprocessors from Derby College, complemented by education from Ecclesbourne and Fernwood comprehensives.
