Customer Support Team at SmartRyde

Rafael Avila has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a member of the Transmission and Brakes Division of Formula SAE-LUZ, where they were responsible for research, planning, design and construction of the brake system and associated transmission elements of a Formula vehicle. In 2013, they became an Assistant Engineer (Intern) at Incostas S.A., where they assisted in detailed engineering, analyzed, reviewed and corrected process and plant plans according to standards, and prepared material lists and corrected isometric plans according to PDVSA standards. In 2015, they became an Assistant Engineer at Suinca, where they were responsible for Computer-Assisted Drawing of plans for a sulfuric acid reactor, multiple accessories and elements used in the chlorine industry at 99% purity. In 2017, they became an Independent Travel Agent, providing travel tickets, hotels, cruises, travel insurance and special packages, as well as travel advice and permissions according to nationality and destination country. Rafael was trained in customer service, effective negotiation and management of official tools and information for passenger assistance. In 2022, they became a member of the Customer Support Team at SmartRyde.

Rafael Avila attended Universidad del Zulia from 2006 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Ingeniero Mecánico. In 2015, they attended Servicio de Capacitación Personal and obtained a ULTRASONIDO NIVEL I certification in Ensayos No Destructivos.
