Samantha Campbell has a diverse work experience in the field of content strategy and UX writing. Samantha began their career as a Content Writer/Manager at ICEPAY in 2013, where they were responsible for managing online content, writing press releases and articles, and coordinating projects. Samantha then worked as a Freelance Copywriter at The Black Dot Content & Copywriting from 2012 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Samantha worked as a Content Marketing Specialist at Blackdot, where they wrote various types of content and collaborated with different teams. Samantha then joined Optus as a Digital Content Manager, where they managed editorial content, developed content strategies, and produced marketing campaigns.
