Tobias Reichert

Tobias Reichert has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tobias started their career as a Lead Team Painter at The Ohio State University in 2015. Tobias then gained experience as a Product Design Intern at Progressive Foam Technologies, Inc in 2016, followed by an Industrial Design Internship at STERIS Corporation in 2017.

In 2018, Tobias joined Axul Tennis as a Designer & Inventor, where they created a new racquet to make tennis more inclusive and pursued a patent for their invention. In the same year, they also started working at SMG - Service Management Group as an Associate User Experience Designer. Tobias later progressed to the role of a User Experience Designer in 2020 and eventually became a Senior User Experience Designer in 2022.

During their time at SMG, Tobias played a crucial role in conducting generative research and turning qualitative feedback into actionable insights for the future platform. Tobias also led an evaluative effort to refine designs based on continuous discovery and validated the reduction of the development scope by 50% by streamlining key mental models.

Tobias Reichert obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University. Tobias attended this university from 2014 to 2018. Before that, from 2013 to 2014, they studied Engineering Technology at Kent State University. Tobias completed their high school education at New Philadelphia High School from 2009 to 2013, earning a High School Diploma (With Honors).
