Noah Arliss

Noah Arliss is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and distributed systems. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Snowflake since May 2020, Noah previously held the position of Director of Software Development at Workday from November 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities included managing large-scale distributed systems and ensuring high transactional performance. Prior roles at Oracle included Senior Software Development Manager and Principal Member of Technical Staff, focusing on in-memory data grid technology. Early career experiences at BEA Systems and Netegrity involved developing security solutions for enterprise applications. Noah Arliss holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brandeis University, completed in 2004.
