Careen Dsouza

Careen Dsouza serves as the General Manager of IT Business Technologies at Sobha Realty since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading the IT department and aligning strategies with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Careen held the position of Head of Analytics, Digital & Technology at Dubai Holding from September 2008 to March 2023, advancing from Assistant Manager to overseeing Digital Technology, Analytics, and Enterprise Business Applications for various entertainment assets. Earlier in the career, Careen was an Assistant Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, specializing as a lead Oracle developer on ERP modules for General Electric. Careen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and has completed executive education at MIT Sloan.
