Lauren Landwehr

Lauren Landwehr, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources management. Lauren is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sobieski Mechanical & Fire Protection, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager/Business Partner at Day & Zimmermann from April 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company from October 2018 to April 2020, and at EmployBridge from August 2015 to October 2018. Lauren also has experience in staffing and generalist roles, having worked as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at Select Staffing from May 2012 to August 2015, and as a Human Resources Coordinator from June 2007 to May 2008. Lauren Landwehr began their career as an English Teacher at Patapsco Middle School from August 2003 to June 2006. Lauren also has experience in administrative roles, having worked as an Executive Assistant and Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant at Ablest Inc. in 2007.

Lauren Landwehr, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language/Literature and Secondary Education from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Later, in December 2020, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
