Rachel Santos

Rachel Santos is an experienced professional in strategy, performance, and learning, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Social Impact since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Director of Program Management and Strategy at SoCha LLC, managing operations and compliance for USG funded grants. Rachel has also worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Advisor for Management Systems International, and a Manager of Quantitative Insights at GLG, where Rachel oversaw survey design and implementation. Additionally, Rachel has experience in corporate sustainability, election research, and program management through various roles with The Engagement Group, Democracy International, and others. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Democracy and Governance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and African Studies from the University of California, Davis.
