Iryna Franchuk has extensive experience in communications and marketing roles. Iryna began their career as an HR Intern at JTI in 2016 and later worked as a Trainee in the Directorate General for Policy and Communications at The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In 2015, they worked as a Copywriter at writerbay. Iryna then joined Takeda in 2017, where they worked as a Marketing Assistant before progressing to Communications Specialist and eventually Communications Manager. At Takeda, they developed and executed communication strategies and managed internal communication campaigns. In 2021, they joined SKELAR as a Communications Manager, where they managed the internal comms team and was responsible for designing and executing the company's internal communication strategy. In 2023, they became a Member at Wtech and later took on the role of Employer Branding Lead at SKELAR, where they defined and implemented the company's Employer Brand strategy.
Iryna Franchuk has a diverse education history. Iryna attended Laba in 2022, where they studied Public Relations/Image Management. From 2020 to 2021, they pursued Copywriting at the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, they obtained both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Additionally, they also pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in International Business at the same university from 2013 to 2019. Before their higher education, they attended Chernihiv magnet school #1 with an extensive learning of foreign languages from 2002 to 2013. Iryna also briefly studied at New Hanover High School in 2012 and attended EAC Language School in 2011 and 2010.
