Kaia Boyd

Kaia Boyd has held various roles in human resources and management throughout their work experience. Kaia started their career at Macy's, where they worked as a Sales Manager from 2006 to 2013 and then transitioned into the role of Human Resource Manager from 2013 to 2016. Following their time at Macy's, Kaia joined Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services as an Associate Director from 2016 to 2021, and then as a Senior Director of Human Resources from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Kaia is the Senior Director of People & Culture at Societal™ CDMO (formerly Recro), a position they have held since 2022.

Kaia Boyd attended the University of Arizona from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Retail and Consumer Science within the field of Business.
