Deepan Dhanakodi

Deepan Dhanakodi has a diverse work history in the technology and banking sectors. Deepan is currently an Associate Vice President at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, a role they started in July 2022. Additionally, Deepan is an Intrapreneur and Co-Founder of NPL Exchange, a position they have held since May 2019.

Before joining Societe Generale, Deepan worked at HCL Technologies as a Feature Engineering Manager from April 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Lead from April 2015 to March 2018, and a Technical Lead from March 2013 to March 2015.

Deepan's work experience also includes a role as a Technical Lead at HCL Technologies from July 2011 to February 2013, where they played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a system for a prominent banking institution. Deepan began their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies in March 2005.

In 2008, Deepan briefly worked as an Application Engineer at Deutsche Bank.

Additionally, they have acquired the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2021, and the Product Management certification from upGrad in 2021. Deepan Dhanakodi is currently pursuing the Digital Transformation Specialist Certifications from ISB Executive Education, with an expected completion date in 2023.
