Youga Sow

Youga SOW currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Advise Africa, focusing on business strategy and ESG sustainability, while also holding the position of Président at Université Amadou Mahtar MBOW. Previously, Youga SOW was the Président and CEO of SOCOCIM Industries, a leading cement production company in West Africa, where responsibilities included overseeing a production capacity of 3.5 million tons and managing a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees. Additional roles within SOCOCIM Industries ranged from General Deputy Director to Director of Quarry Operations. Prior experience includes serving as the Commercial Development Director at Gécamines Granulats and as a Mining Engineer/Project Manager at the Ministère des Mines et de la Géologie. Youga SOW holds an MBA in Strategic Management from IAM/UQAC, a degree in Finance for Executives from Harvard Business School, and a degree in Geosciences-Mines from the Institut des Sciences de la Terre.
