Devjani Goswami Sharma is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director - Talent & HRBP at Sodexo since December 2018, Devjani has held multiple senior roles focusing on talent development and HR strategy. Prior experience includes Vice President of Strategic HR at Edelweiss Financial Services and corporate HR responsibilities at Aon Hewitt and Abbott. Devjani's career began at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India and includes progressive roles at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and Dun & Bradstreet. Devjani holds an Executive Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDM in Human Resources from Amity Business School, along with a B.Com from Delhi University.
