Jodi Davidson

Jodi Davidson serves as Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Sodexo, a position held since June 1995, where responsibility includes developing vision, strategy, and innovations for integrated Global DE&I initiatives. Jodi has played a pivotal role as a thought leader and consultant, fostering culture change and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee development and engagement. Notable accomplishments include leading various task forces, improving employee satisfaction through flexibility initiatives, and managing D&I recognition programs. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Wittenbach Business Systems, where Jodi directed HR functions across multiple states. Jodi holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University and has also pursued further education at Georgetown University.
