Kwanele Ntshingila

Kwanele Ntshingila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality and catering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Sodexo since May 2020, Kwanele previously founded Sphepho Solutions (Pty) Ltd and held roles such as Director of Operations at Tsebo Solutions Group and Food and Beverage Manager at Tala Private Game Reserve. Additional experience includes managing restaurant operations at Moses Mabhida Stadium and uShaka Marine World. Academic qualifications comprise an Honours degree in Business/Commerce from GIBS Business School, a degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, a Diploma in Public Management from Mangosuthu Technikon, and a Project Management Certificate from Durban University of Technology.
