Stephanie Payne

Stephanie Payne is the current Chief HR Officer for North America at Sodexo. Stephanie has previous experience as the Head of Human Resources for the Americas Region at ABB from September 2016 to August 2019 and as the Global Director of Human Resources at Eaton from June 2002 to August 2016. Stephanie has also worked as Human Resources - Labor at Visteon Corporation from July 2000 to June 2002 and as In House Counsel/Manager of Administration at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority from June 1994 to July 2000.

Stephanie Payne has a JD from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law and a BA in Political Science from Spelman College. Stephanie also has certification from Prosci in ADKAR Change Management, the Supreme Court of Ohio in Attorney at Law, and Worldat Work Society of Certified Professionals in Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional.
