Sofigate's leadership team has a wealth of experience in business and management consulting, IT, psychology, finance, and accounting. They have worked for companies such as Stratiteq, Actea Consulting, BearingPoint, Valmet, Metso Paper, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Oracle, Lääkärikeskus Aava Oy, and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Finland Oy. They have also founded and run their own company, Krei Lighting. They hold degrees from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Aalto University, University of Helsinki, and Henley Business School.
