Oumaima Ben Jaafar

Oumaima BEN JAAFAR is an experienced professional in the hospitality and tourism sectors, currently serving as a Reservation Agent at Sofitel Marrakech since May 2023. Previously, Oumaima held the position of Management Control at Hotel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura Marrakech, focusing on food and beverage control as well as revenue and debtor management from March to June 2022. Additionally, Oumaima contributed to sustainable development efforts as part of the Human Resources team at Green Resort Palmeraie in late 2020, and briefly worked in the Corporate Department at the Direction Générale des Impôts in March 2019. Oumaima holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Tourism, Heritage, and Culture, and a Bachelor's degree in Territorial Promotion with a focus on tourism from Université Cadi Ayyad, along with a Diplôme de Technicien Spécialisé in Business Management from the Institut Spécialisé de Gestion et d’Informatique.
