Irving Rivera

Irving Rivera is a Senior Lead UX Designer at Sogeti, where responsibilities include conceiving and executing complex design projects while closely collaborating with customers to enhance decision-making through data-driven insights. Prior experiences include serving as Lead UX/UI Designer at MediBookr, focusing on a multiplatform telehealth solution, and as Design Team Leader at Tata Consultancy Services, where leadership was provided to a design team while overseeing product design quality. Irving's extensive background in user experience and interaction design was further developed through various roles at Designation, including product design for multiple clients, and through military service as a Human Resources Officer and Infantry Platoon Leader in the US Army. Irving holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and completed the U.S. Army Adjutant General Captains Career Course.
