Jessica Petrona is an experienced professional in the hospitality and customer service sectors. As the Founder and Owner of Jes Pedicure Experience since September 2020, Jessica has established a unique business in the beauty industry. Additionally, Jessica has been with Sole Technology since July 2010, serving as a Customer Service Employee for well-known brands such as Etnies, Emerica, Altamont, and Thirty Two, where key responsibilities include serving as a contact person for customers in the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium. Prior experience includes working as a Reservation Agent at Dorint Hotel Amsterdam Airport from February 2008 to February 2010, focusing on room reservations and maximizing occupancy rates.
