Rice Fan

Rice Fan is a seasoned professional in the field of design and engineering, currently serving as Design Manager at 晶門科技有限公司 since February 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial role at POWERCHIP TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, focusing on the development of ESD devices from January 2015 to February 2023. Rice Fan has also worked as a Staff Engineer in design service at Shanghai Huali Microelectronics Corporation, specializing in ESD and IO design, and held senior managerial positions at Socle Technology Corp. and SMIC, where expertise in ESD/IO design and process integration was gained. Rice Fan holds a degree from National Chung Hsing University.
