How you´ll help us:

As a Finance Manager, you will

  • Involve in multiple business discussions internally and externally to support the growth of SOLPLANET and deliver information to our global executive team.
  • Review the accounting documents with local team and convert the monthly financial report into Chinese accounting standards. In particular, familiarize with the accounting for related party transactions.
  • Understand the tax policies and provide a basis for tax planning.
  • Support Operations and Marketing to track and drive cost savings initiatives.
  • Liaison with local team for new companies’ setup and other bank matters.
  • Understand the capital trends in real time and control cash flow.
  • Understand the details of receivables, payments, inventory sales, etc., and control the risks of overdue and inventory.
  • Manage accounts through ERP system. Handle various local businesses (Kingdee cloud system) according to the HQ's requirements.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to corporate, region and local policies and guidelines including internal controls and accounting procedures. Provide data of local companies for annual group audits.
  • Conduct and manage other ad hoc requests from senior leadership, including preparation of analysis and/or presentations for our finance review.
